Trademarks
The “epics” logo and the “epic meets” logo are registered trademarks of Epicmeets Oy. The Epics® method and related materials are the intellectual property of Epicmeets.
Use of the Epics® method
Epicsmeet grants the user a limited right to use the Epics® method commercially, such as in facilitation, coaching, and organizational development as part of their own services and internal organizational activities. The use of the Epics® method for this purpose does not require a separate license or fee.
The origin of the Epics® method must always be properly cited:
“Epics® method (© Epicmeets)”.
Training in the Epics® method for third parties for commercial purposes or the use of the Epics® trademark for other commercial training purposes always requires a separate written agreement with Epicmeets.
Without a written agreement with Epicmeets, the Epics® method or parts thereof may not be:
modified, further developed, or translated, nor
certified, sublicensed, or distributed as your own method.
