Who is it for?
Grow & Learn with Epics® is for teams that cannot afford a training that doesn't deliver. Teams with important decisions to make, and no patience for generic examples that won't matter tomorrow.

How does it work?
A session is between 3–6 hours, plus a 60–90 minute wrap-up call. We recommend 4–24 participants.
We start with a briefing to understand your challenge. Based on that, we put together a learning plan with the parts of the Epics® method most relevant to your context. After the session, we debrief with you on the learning experience, the group dynamics, and how the method landed in your specific context, and discuss what comes next.
EPICS® PRO TRAININGS
PRO trainings come in focused themes, like Impactful Teamwork and Innovation & Creativity, each working one area through in depth. You'll leave able to guide discussions, align teams, and move work forward, with skills you can use straight away. A good starting point.

EPICS® MASTER FACILITATOR TRAINING
