Participants work with the Epics® figures directly at the table: the figures make abstract concepts visible and moveable. The strategy gets built in the room, by the people who need to implement it, in plain language. People focus. They listen to each other. The conversation stays on the topic. At the end, the group has something concrete: a shared picture they built themselves, visible on the table and captured in photos or on paper, ready to work from.
