It is built through the way a group works together, and that is precisely what this training gives you the tools and method to do.

In this training, we use visual, metaphor-rich 3D objects to unlock how individuals and teams think. Each person chooses an object and places it on the table, and before anyone has said a word, every idea already has a shape. This brings assumptions and half-formed ideas into the open, and creates the common ground on which honest, creative dialogue can be built, so a group can move from scattered ideas to genuine shared understanding.
