Innovation calls for a different mindset: the ability to tolerate uncertainty, play with ideas, and connect even unexpected perspectives. But it also calls for teams that can actually do this together, not just in theory, but in the room, in real time.
In this Epics PRO training, we use visual, metaphor-rich 3D objects to unlock how individuals and teams think. Each person chooses an object and places it on the table. Before anyone has said a word, every idea already has a shape. A visual landscape forms, not designed but discovered, showing the group something they rarely see: how they actually think, together.
You will learn to design workshops where open exploration and free ideation connect with concrete decisions and next steps. The method helps surface assumptions, test ideas, and build shared understanding across diverse perspectives. And because thinking gets anchored in something physical and tangible, it doesn’t fade when people leave the room.
Whether you work in product development, service design, internal innovation projects, or cross-functional sprints, this training gives you the means to energize creativity and make sure the best thinking in the room actually makes it into the work.
We will also introduce the Epicmeets app during the training, which supports session facilitation: build a workshop structure, guide the flow, run quick polls, and capture insights visually.
