Learning the Epicmeets method through our skills training

The Epics Method combines physical and digital tools to make collaboration clear, creative, and human. Our training programs help to master the art of visual dialogue, so every meeting and session leads to meaningful outcomes.

You will learn to structure conversations, encourage engagement, and lead with clarity in both in-person and online settings.

Two levels of skills training

Our training pathway has two levels: PRO and MASTER.

Each level builds the essential skills of a confident facilitator, from mastering the tools to designing sessions that inspire participation and deliver clear results.

Upon completion, you’ll earn an Epics Facilitator Certification, a recognized credential in visual facilitation and collaborative leadership.

Epics PRO

Build your expertise in applying the Epicmeets method and Epics to specific professional domains. We currently offer four domain-specific PRO trainings. As a PRO facilitator, you demonstrate your ability to select and adapt the methods to meet facilitation needs.

Epics MASTER

Learn to design well-planned, top-quality Epics sessions for various needs. Master the whole Epics facilitation process from workshop architecture to group flow and measuring impact. At this level, you complement everything you’ve learned from PRO levels.

PRO Training Schedule

Deepen your expertise in a chosen domain

As an Epics PRO facilitator, you demonstrate your ability to select and adapt the methods to different facilitation needs.

We recommend attending the EXPLORER training before PRO to strengthen your Epicmeets method foundations.

We currently offer four domain-specific PRO trainings:

Business & Strategy – Build alignment, clarify direction, and drive results. This training focuses on mastering Epics to make your strategy and business more effective, engaging, and results-driven.
Dialogue & Coaching – Make coaching conversations visual, concrete, and insight-driven. This Epics training takes you deep into visual working methods from a coaching perspective.
Innovation & Creativity – Spark ideation, exploration, and action. This training equips you with tools and methods to unleash creative potential in individuals and teams.
People & Culture – Make values, team dynamics, and culture visible & actionable. This training focuses on using the Epicmeets method and Epics to explore, understand, and shape the human side of organizations.

For: Facilitators, leaders, coaches, HR professionals, consultants.

Format: 5h training + in-practice assignments → Epics PRO Facilitator certificate.
