Master Facilitator Training Days 1 and 2
Deep dive into the Epicmeets method
You’ll explore how the method supports sense-making, alignment, and shared ownership in groups, and how to adapt it to different organizational contexts, cultures, and strategic challenges.Practical facilitation across real scenarios
Train with realistic cases drawn from strategy, innovation, team development, and leadership work.Workshop design, flow, and outcomes
Learn how to design end-to-end workshops. From framing the challenge and choosing the right Epics, to guiding the flow, handling friction, and ensuring clear outcomes that travel beyond the room.
Completion qualifies you as an Epics MASTER Facilitator.
Optional Day 3 Trainer Track
Day 3 is for facilitators who want to go further.
Training client teams and team leads
Learn how to train others to use Epics with confidence. You’ll practice transferring facilitation capability to team leads and internal facilitators.Running Epicmeets team and innovation trainings
Get hands-on experience delivering Epicmeets trainings for teams and innovation contexts. .Maintaining quality and consistency of the method
You’ll learn how to uphold core principles, ensure a consistent participant experience, and adapt the method responsibly without diluting its impact.
Completing Day 3 enables facilitators to train Epicmeets internally at client organizations and work with Epicmeets in a network model.
Working with Epicmeets
Epicmeets works with facilitators as partners.
You remain independent in your own business. There are no sales targets and no reseller pressure. Collaboration is based on trust, quality, and long-term value.
Facilitators act primarily as brand ambassadors by demonstrating the method through real work.
